RN5RK302A-TR-FE Overview
A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 5 terminations. DC switcher's voltage input is 2V. Test statistics indicate DC regulator outputs 3V voltage. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 8V input voltage. Switch converter has 1 total function(s). A voltage regulators switching with 5 pins is designed. 120kHz is the highest frequency at which the switching controller can switch. Temperatures up to 85°C degrees Celsius are allowed. It is expected that the dc to dc voltage regulator's bottom temperature is -40°C.
