RN5RK221B-TR-FE Overview
PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). An analog IC SWITCHING REGULATOR is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . A variety of terminations with 5 of dc switching. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 2V. DC regulator outputs 2.2V voltage according to the test statistics. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 8V. A total of 1 functions are present in the switch converters. It is planned to design voltage regulators switchings with 5 pins. The top frequency at which this switching controller can switch is 120kHz. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius are not allowed. dc to dc voltage regulators should have a bottom temperature of -40°C.
