RT9991GQV Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 3 outputs. Transport is made easy with the package of 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The power regulator is currently available in Cut Tape (CT) packages. Volatge output for this voltage controller is Adj to 0.8V. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. It is intended to be used in applications such as Converter, Solid State Drives and others. In order to prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.8V~5.5V. The voltage regulator contains 32terminals. The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it. Currently, the power supply regulator has 32 pins. In addition to these, there are other Power Management Circuits like the AC voltage regulator that play a significant role in the industry. Normal operation requires 5.5V operating supply voltage.
