RT9819D-30GV Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
