RT9818C-26GV Overview
There are 3 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be NOT SPECIFIED. The supervisor is always powered by a 3V volt supply. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 900mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
