RT9818A-28GV Overview

There are 3 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 900mV volts. There should be no more than 6V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
