RT9817C-30GH Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountTemperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage.
