RT9619AGS Overview
Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 7.3V~13.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz~500kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Phase Control. Pins number 8 of switching converter in total. There will be 199A current output from the dc switcher above 199A.
