Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 7.3V~13.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~500kHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control for efficient switching control. DC regulator500kHz has the maximum frequency.
