RT9261A-50GB Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -20°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 120kHz switching frequencies. Regulator 1V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1V. The output current of 80mA Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 7V. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 5V at the very least.
