RT9199GS Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The general voltage output of this power supply regulator is Adjustable. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator as well as other applications. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to avoid mal-function. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 1.4V~5.5V. In order to mount it on PCBs or other boards, it has a Surface Mount.
