RT9173CGSP Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 1 outputs. Transport is made easy with the package of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The output voltage of this voltage controller is Adjustable. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions. A voltage of 1.46V~2.5Vis the input voltage for this variable voltage regulator. It has a Surface Mount for mounting on PCB or other boards. The power regulators with 8 pins are available. Current output from the electrical regulator should be 2A. The input voltage of this rectifier regulator must be higher than 1.5V.
