RT9089AGQW Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. The output voltage of this voltage controller is Adjustable. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator as well as other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 1.1V~3.5V. You can find 10 terminals of the voltage regulator. This component has a Surface Mount mount for mounting to PCBs or other boards. Currently, the power supply regulator has 10 pins. The external regulator should be outputting 2A at the moment. A voltage higher than 1.1Vis required for the input of this alternator regulator. It has the ability to complete a variety of demanding tasks even when supplied with 1.5V voltage. To interface with this external regulator, the BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC is used.
