RT9026GSP Overview
Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Its mounting type is Surface Mount. There are a variety of applications for the v, including Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 3.15V~5.5V. 8 terminals can be found on the electronic component.
