RT8509AGQW Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. Transport is made easy with the package of 12-WDFN Exposed Pad. Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of Adj to 24V. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, TFT LCD and other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.8V~14V. In this power supply regulator, there are 12 pins. It is not suitable for temperatures below -40°C. In general, temperatures higher than 85°Care not recommended. As of now, the external regulator should be producing 4.5Aas its output.
