RT8295BHGSP Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. Featuring a 2A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 23V. For switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used.
