RT8121GQW Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 1 outputs. It is packaged in 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. Currently available in Cut Tape (CT) packages for shipping. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, 1-bit VID, VR12 and other applications. A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 4.5V~13.2V. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. There are 20 pins on the power supply regulator. Minimum supply voltage is 4.5V. The maximal supply voltage of the voltage controller is 13.2V. There are multiple frequencies 200kHz in which this electrical regulator operates.
