RT8096CHGJ5 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.5MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. As a result of the 1A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 6V. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 600mV. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 3.4V. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 3.4V. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 85°C. To ensure reliability, harley voltage regulator operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. With regard to the input voltage, it is compatible with a minimum voltage of 2.5V. At its maximum, this DC-DC switching regulator can sustain a 6V input voltage.
