RT8020GQW Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 12 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.5MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.6V. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 3.3V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 12 pins that must be connected. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 600mV volts. The maximum output current reaches 1A A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be obtained from the regulator voltage.
