RT5047AGSP Overview
The system supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad for ease of transportation. A package of Tape & Reel (TR) is ready for shipping. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 13.3V 18.3V. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. It is intended for use in applications such as Converter, LNB and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 8V~16V. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. There are 8 pins on the power supply regulator. It cannot be operated at temperatures below -40°C. The temperature should not exceed 85°C. It is necessary to have an operating supply voltage of 16V for normal operation.
