X5165V14-4.5A Overview
Tube-packaging is used. IC management is packaged as a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. It is always advisable to use X5165, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
