X4645S8-2.7A Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tube way. There are 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be 0°C~70°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using X4645, the base power ics number.
