X4283P Overview
Tube-packaging is used. In this PMIC, you can find 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Mounting type Through Hole is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be 0°C~70°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. You can always use X4283, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
