X4003S8I Overview
Packaging is in the form of a Tube. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use X4003, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
