Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. There are 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. It is always advisable to use X40021, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
