X40020S14IZ-B Overview
Tube-packaging is used. Please refer to power management for 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using X40020, the base power ics number.
