ISL98607BEIAZ-T Overview
Generally, it supports 2 outputs at a time. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. ±5V~±5.7Vis the general voltage output of this voltage controller. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. It is intended to be used in applications such as Converter, TFT LCD and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.8V~4.4V.
