ISL98607AEIAZ-T Overview
There are a total of 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 20-UFBGA, WLCSP. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. Volatge output is set to ±5V~±5.7V by this voltage controller. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, TFT LCD and other applications. In order to prevent malfunction, set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.8V~4.4V.
