ISL97701IRZ Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1MHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.3V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 4.3V. The output current of 1.2A Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. As a member of the ISL97701 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The maximal output voltage of 28V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily.
