ISL97646IRZ-TK Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 2 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. 8V~20Vis the general voltage output of this voltage controller. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, LCD Monitors and others. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. A voltage of 2.7V~5.5Vis the input voltage for this variable voltage regulator.
