There is a package for Tape & Reel (TR) in which it can be found.We've included it in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package so that it's easier to use.Mounting type for the device is Surface Mount.It is recommended that the temperature be set to -10°C~100°C TA in order to ensure reliable performance.In order to operate this device, an analog IC of POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT must be used.It is equipped with 32 pins.
