ISL9120IINZ-T Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 9 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 9-UFBGA, WLCSP packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 1.8V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 3.3V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 800mA. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. Voltage can be produced at 3.3V volts by voltage regulator. There should be no temperature above or below 85°C at which the DC DC switching regulator's maximum operating temperature can be reached. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures must exceed -40°C.
