ISL88002IE17Z-TK Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.5V. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use ISL88002, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
