ISL8499IRZ-T Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA.
