ISL8120IRZ-T Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 3V~5.6V and has a 3V~5.6V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 150kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Power Good. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 32 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 3.3V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. Search for "ISL8120" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics. An input voltage of 3V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator.
