ISL80015AFRZ-T Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.5A output current. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V.
