ISL78227ARZ-T Overview
It comes in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc controls with 5V~55V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 50kHz~1.1MHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking which allows efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. Automotive, AEC-Q100 is a series of dc to dc voltage regulator.
