ISL76321ARZ Overview
Tube cases are delivered.A 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is used.Serializer/Deserializer is recommended to use the Surface Mount type of mounting.Temperature range varies with -40°C~105°C TA operating temperature range.There is an output voltage of 1.7V~1.9V volts on the chip.An input box is provided for the user to fill out in the LVCMOS form.16/1 inputs are required.There is an option for the device to maintain 1/16 outputs.Parts related to the ISL76321 family can be found by searching.Part INTERFACE CIRCUIT has an interface IC type of INTERFACE CIRCUIT.
