ISL6845IUZ Overview
Capsuled in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 9V~16V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~105°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 2MHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
