ISL6845IU-T Overview
In the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 9V~16V volts and has 9V~16V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~105°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to Up to 2MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Frequency Control.
