ISL6841IBZ Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 7.5V~14V. A -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. It can switch at Up to 2MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
