ISL68301IRAZ-T7A Overview
The switching controller fits in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are PWM dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.75V~16V 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER.
