ISL68144IRAZ-T7A Overview
There are 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. There is a general voltage output of 0V~3.05V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. It is intended for use in applications such as PWM Controller and others. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C TA to prevent malfunctions.
