ISL6744ABZ-TR5252 Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. DC control operates at 9V~16V volts and has 9V~16V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~105°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 1MHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount.
