ISL6740IV-T Overview
In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 9V~16V volts and has 9V~16V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~105°C TA. It can switch at Up to 1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
