ISL6622CBZ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 6.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.For this device, the temperature range is 0°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Many related parts can be found under its base part number ISL6622.There is an interface IC called AND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board has 8 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
