ISL6615AIRZ Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tube is the packaging method.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 6.8V~13.2V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6615.There are 10 component pins on the board.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
