ISL6614IR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tube.There are 4 drivers installed for this device.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Under its base part number ISL6614, various related parts can be found.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 36V.
