ISL6614IB Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.There is a package in the form of Tube.There are 4 drivers installed for this device.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6614.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
