ISL6614CRZAR5214 Overview
The 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 4 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.By using 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6614.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
